The defensive idea here is fairly easy to read once you look past the unusual wall shape. This Builder Hall 6 base number 06 does not try to hide everything inside one neat square. Instead, it stretches the walls into several uneven sections, with the Builder Hall sitting close to the middle and the heavier defenses covering different approaches. That may look less tidy than a symmetrical design, but the irregular shape is probably one of its better defensive qualities.
The Builder Hall is protected by more than just wall depth. Several defenses can keep firing while troops move toward it, so breaking the outer wall is only the beginning of the attack. A player who sends the Battle Machine straight toward the center may find it stopping on another building first, and those few extra seconds give the surrounding defenses time to wear it down.
On the right side of the core, the Multi Mortar has a useful protected position. It is far enough inside that attackers are unlikely to remove it immediately, yet it can still pressure troops approaching from several directions. Its splash damage becomes much more valuable when Barbarians, Archers, or other ground units gather around the same wall opening. A messy entry is exactly what this defense wants.
The Air Bombs placed toward the upper-right side are interesting too. Rather than sitting directly beside the Builder Hall, they are separated from the main group. That may force air attacks to cover more ground instead of destroying every important defense during one push. If flying troops ignore that side, the Air Bombs remain active; if they chase it first, the central defenses get extra time.
What probably causes the most frustration, though, is the wall pathing. There are long sections, narrow turns and small inner pockets rather than one obvious route through the village. Troops entering from the bottom or left can be pulled toward different targets, and once a group splits, the attack becomes harder to control. The design seems to depend on that confusion more than on simply stacking huge amounts of damage in one spot.
The outside buildings also deserve some credit. A few structures sit far enough from the center that an attacker who ignores cleanup could end up short on time. That might sound minor, but Builder Base battles are often decided by exactly this kind of detail. Clearing the core quickly is not much help if a couple of buildings are still standing at opposite edges when the timer runs out.
There is a trade-off. The center contains several valuable defenses within a relatively small area, so a disciplined attacker who creates a clean funnel and reaches the middle with most troops alive may gain momentum quickly. The layout is therefore not relying on an impossible-to-break core. Its strength comes from making that clean entry difficult in the first place.
As a BH6 defense, the setup looks practical. The central Builder Hall, protected splash damage, separated anti-air coverage, irregular walls and stretched cleanup path all work toward slowing the attack down. It may not shut down every experienced player, but careless one-side deployments are likely to lose efficiency fast, which is exactly what this kind of base is designed to achieve.
