TH10 Farming Base #7: Broken-Ring Defense Built Around Resource Separation
TH10 Farming Layout #7 uses a broken-ring structure with the Town Hall slightly offset toward the lower side of the core. Looking at the actual base, the farming purpose is fairly clear: valuable buildings are spread across different sections instead of being placed along one convenient route.
The layout does not appear designed to save every storage in every raid. A more realistic goal is to make the attacker spend additional troops, spells, and time each time they move from one resource pocket to another.
The broken ring makes loot routes less predictable
The most interesting feature is the wall structure around the middle.
Several compartments almost connect into a ring, but the route is interrupted in key places. Troops clearing one area may begin travelling around the central structure rather than moving directly toward the next storage.
That pathing can become useful for the defense. A raider might take one valuable section fairly quickly, only to discover that the remaining army is now moving sideways while another resource pocket stays protected behind fresh walls.
For farming, that is a good trade. Losing one storage hurts much less than allowing the same army to move cleanly through all of them.
The Town Hall supports the deeper resource network
The Town Hall sits slightly below the exact center rather than occupying an exposed outer compartment.
Its position adds another important target without making the entire layout revolve around Town Hall protection. Storages and defensive buildings remain distributed elsewhere, so a raid focused on the Town Hall may leave useful resource value behind.
Likewise, an attacker chasing loot first still has to deal with the central defensive network later.
Air Defenses and Infernos stay separated
The Air Defenses are split around the inner compartments, while the Inferno Towers sit far enough apart to reduce easy single-spell value.
That spacing helps different sections remain dangerous independently.
Queen Charge LavaLoon looks like one of the more natural ways to challenge the base because the Queen phase can remove an important defensive lane before the air army enters. Hog or Miner Hybrid may also work if the attacker can keep movement controlled through the broken ring.
Compact sections could provide attractive chain value for Electro Dragon-style pressure from higher-level attackers, although native TH10 attack plans are more likely to rely on TH10-available compositions.
The lower-left edge is the key weakness
The lower-left edge appears to offer the cleanest funnel.
The real danger is a controlled entry that interrupts the broken ring before troops begin circling away from the intended objective. If that section opens cheaply, the attacker can create a shorter diagonal path toward the center and remove much of the pathing friction the base depends on.
Ideally, this area should cost time, hero health, spells, or troop strength before the inner resource network is exposed.
Why Layout #7 works for Farming
The strongest quality of TH10 Farming Base #7 is the distance between its valuable sections.
The offset Town Hall, broken-ring walls, separated storages, divided Infernos, and distributed Air Defenses all support one goal: make taking some loot substantially easier than taking all of it.
