TH6 Farming Base number 1 – Compact Resource Core and Split Storage Defense

This TH6 farming base is compact, but the important buildings are not just dropped into one open center. The Town Hall sits close to the middle, with the two Elixir Storages split across the upper-left and upper-right sides of the core. Gold is protected deeper in the lower half, while the surrounding defenses are spread across several small compartments.

For a farming layout, that separation is useful. An attacker coming from the left may reach one Elixir Storage fairly quickly, but the second storage still sits behind another wall section and a different group of defenses. The same idea applies to the Gold side: a successful entry does not automatically hand over every valuable building at once.

The wall pattern is probably the most interesting part of the design. Instead of one large square, the base uses a series of tight compartments around the Town Hall. Giants can break into one section and then turn toward the nearest defense, while Wizards, Archers, or Goblins behind them may stop on a storage or another building. If the funnel is slightly off, the attack can split before it really gets going.

That matters because the base keeps a good amount of defensive fire close to the resource area. The Wizard Towers and Mortars appear positioned to punish grouped support troops, especially once they are standing around a high-hitpoint storage. A pack of Goblins may get one storage, for example, but surviving long enough to cross into the next compartment could be much harder.

The storages themselves are part of the defense too. They take longer to destroy than collectors or small outside buildings, so troops can spend several seconds under fire while working through them. At TH6, where many farming attacks are built around cheap troop combinations rather than maximum power, those delays can be surprisingly valuable.

I also like that the defensive strength is not concentrated in one corner. Cannons, Archer Towers, splash defenses, and other buildings cover different approaches, so there is no obvious side that becomes completely safe after one or two defenses are removed. The outer structures can give away some easy percentage, but they may also drag badly placed troops around the perimeter and weaken the funnel.

There is a trade-off, though. The base is very compact. If a strong attacker gets into the central section with most of the army still alive, several important targets are close enough together to fall quickly. The symmetry also makes the overall structure easier to read after a careful look.

Overall, this looks like a sensible TH6 farming base. Its defense is built around split storages, small compartments, high-hitpoint delays, and troop pathing that can turn one clean push into several smaller fights. It may not stop every raid, but it appears well suited to making a full loot sweep more expensive than a quick attacker may want to commit to.
