This Builder Hall 10 base number 04 goes for a tight, layered defensive setup rather than spreading its strongest buildings across the whole map. Most of the important defenses sit close together in the center, while the Builder Hall is positioned slightly higher than the main core. That placement may look exposed from the top, but the route toward it is narrower and less comfortable than it first appears.
The Builder Hall is protected through pathing more than simple wall depth. A direct entry from the upper side can reach the Hall relatively quickly, yet troops still have to move through a controlled lane with several defenses nearby. Coming from the bottom is different. That route pushes an army toward the densest part of the base before it can properly threaten the Builder Hall.
The wall arrangement is probably the most interesting part of this design. Instead of one large square, the base uses several connected compartments around a compact center. Ground troops can easily change targets when they reach those junctions. A Power P.E.K.K.A. that was supposed to move toward the Builder Hall, for example, may turn toward a closer defense while another part of the army takes a different route. Once that happens, the attack starts losing its concentration.
Defensive fire is also heavily layered around the middle. The Mega Tesla sits deep in the lower core, where it can stay active while other defenses absorb the first part of an attack. The Giant Cannon on the right adds pressure from another angle and can be particularly awkward for groups of ground troops moving across its firing lane. Several shorter-range defenses then cover the spaces between them, so reaching the center does not automatically make the attack safer.
I also like how the base uses buildings outside the walls. They are not just decoration. The structures on the left, right, and lower edge can interfere with funneling and force troops to spend extra time away from the main compartment. That is useful for percentage control as well; an attacker focused entirely on the Builder Hall may still have several separated buildings to clean up later.
The compact shape does come with a trade-off. If someone creates a very clean funnel and gets a strong group of troops into the core together, several major defenses are close enough to be targeted in quick succession. The upper Builder Hall position may also give experienced attackers an obvious side to study first. So this is not the kind of layout that depends on an impossible entry point.
Its real strength is making the attacker manage several problems at once: the Builder Hall route, central damage, troop pathing, and outside cleanup. Rushed attacks are likely to suffer most because troops can split surprisingly quickly around these compartments.
Overall, this BH10 design appears well suited to players who prefer a compact defensive style. The protected Mega Tesla, side pressure from the Giant Cannon, layered walls, and scattered exterior targets all contribute to a base that can slow attacks down rather than relying on a single defensive trick. Actual performance will naturally vary with defense levels, trap settings, troop levels, and attacker execution.
