TH15 Farming Base #6: Multi-Compartment Defense Built to Protect Loot in Stages

TH15 Farming Layout #6 uses a multi-compartment defensive structure with the Town Hall slightly offset toward the lower half of the core. After checking the actual base, the most important farming feature is not the Town Hall placement by itself. It is the way storages and major defenses are spread through several different sections.

The layout seems willing to lose some resources if that helps preserve the rest. That is a sensible farming philosophy. A raider may reach one storage pocket, but the next valuable area still requires more travel, another wall transition, and additional time under defensive fire.

The core protects loot from several directions

The center of Layout #6 is fairly dense. Gold and Elixir Storages sit around the inner defensive network rather than being placed together in one convenient cluster.

This gives the base several layers of resource protection.

If one compartment falls, another storage can remain protected by fresh defenses on the opposite side. The Town Hall also sits within this network instead of functioning as an isolated target, so troops entering the middle have several high-value buildings competing for their attention.

That can create hesitation in troop pathing and, more importantly, slow down a full loot sweep.

Compartments are doing more than blocking walls

The wall structure creates a series of connected sections around the center.

Against heavy ground armies, the walls themselves probably will not be enough to stop everything. Root Riders, for example, can move through compartments fairly quickly. The defensive value comes from what happens afterward.

One part of the attacking army may move toward a storage while another group follows a nearby defensive target. Heroes and support troops can gradually separate from the front line.

For the defense, that is useful.

A divided army takes longer to clear each section and receives less concentrated spell support. Even if many troops remain alive, they may no longer be removing resource pockets efficiently.

Air and Inferno coverage stays active in stages

The anti-air defenses are spread across opposite sections of the base, while the Inferno Towers support different routes toward the core.

That spacing helps prevent one successful spell sequence from removing too much defensive value at once.

Against Dragons or LavaLoon, one side of the village may begin to fall while another storage section remains protected by active air defenses. Queen Charge Hybrid creates a different kind of pressure, but the defensive idea is similar: losing one compartment should not make the entire resource core collapse.

The bottom edge carries extra responsibility

The bottom edge appears to be the most accessible side of Layout #6.

From the defender's perspective, this area needs to make early progress costly. That does not necessarily mean stopping the raid immediately. Forcing extra time, hero health, abilities, or troop losses before the deeper storages are reached may already be enough.

A wide attack can also create an interesting defensive advantage. If troops spread into neighboring compartments, the main force may lose concentration. That split increases travel time between storages and gives the remaining defenses more opportunities to preserve loot.

Why Layout #6 works for Farming

The real strength of TH15 Farming Base #6 is that resource protection happens in stages.

Its slightly offset Town Hall, separated storage pockets, multi-compartment walls, divided Inferno pressure, and spread anti-air coverage all support the same goal: make collecting all the available loot significantly harder than taking only one section.
