TH15 Farming Base #11: Multi-Compartment Loot Defense with Layered Core Protection

TH15 Farming Layout #11 uses a multi-compartment defensive structure with the Town Hall sitting close to the center, behind the main storage line. After studying the actual base, the farming strategy looks quite deliberate: valuable resources are divided between several pockets, while the strongest defenses remain positioned where they can protect more than one section.

This is not really a base that expects every storage to survive. Instead, it appears designed to make complete loot collection inconvenient. A raider may break one section successfully, but moving from that storage pocket to the next requires additional walls, travel time, and exposure to fresh defenses.

The storages create a defensive buffer around the core

The Gold and Elixir Storages are spread through different parts of the inner structure rather than grouped into one easy cluster.

That is probably the most important farming feature.

Each storage effectively works as both a resource target and a high-hitpoint obstacle. Troops can spend valuable seconds working through one storage while Infernos, X-Bows, and nearby defenses continue firing.

More importantly, losing one pocket does not immediately reveal all the others.

The Town Hall benefits from this arrangement as well. It sits behind much of the resource-heavy defensive network, meaning the base does not rely on the Town Hall alone to give the core value.

The compartment structure slows the raid in stages

The wall pattern creates several connected but distinct defensive zones.

Instead of letting troops move straight across the village, Layout #11 repeatedly asks them to change direction. That may not look dramatic, but over an entire raid those transitions can become expensive.

A farming defense gains a lot from this.

If troops split between two neighboring compartments, one group might pressure a storage while another becomes occupied by a defensive building. The attacker still has plenty of units alive, yet the raid is clearing resources less efficiently.

That lost time is part of the defense.

Air and Inferno coverage is staggered

The Air Defenses appear positioned around different parts of the core, while the Inferno Towers act as separate defensive anchors.

They are not bundled into one convenient spell zone.

Defensively, this makes sense because one section can continue applying pressure even after another begins to fall. Dragons or LavaLoon troops may survive the first defensive area only to move into another active air lane.

Heavy ground armies face a different problem. Root Riders may cross walls quickly, but the surrounding compartments can still separate them from heroes and supporting troops.

The top edge needs to absorb the opening pressure

The top edge appears to be the most accessible side of Layout #11.

For the defense, the aim is not necessarily to stop everything there. It is more realistic to make that first section consume enough time, health, abilities, or troop strength that the deeper storage pockets remain difficult to finish.

The main structural concern appears when the attacking formation becomes very wide. Several compartments can come under pressure at once.

There is a tradeoff, though: the wider the army spreads, the less concentrated its strength becomes. Layout #11 seems designed to exploit that tension.

Why Layout #11 works for Farming

The strongest feature of TH15 Farming Base #11 is that its loot is protected in layers.

The Town Hall sits behind the main storage network, resource buildings are separated between compartments, and the defensive coverage remains active across several different routes. A raider may collect part of the loot, but moving from one valuable pocket to another requires another stage of the raid.
